Pursuant to 30 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §290.47(c)(3), the Boil Water Notice issued on December 26, 2022, by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for the City of Avery Public Water System (PWS ID: 1940005) has been rescinded.
The Boil Water Notice was initially issued to inform customers, individuals, and employees that due to certain conditions that recently occurred in the public water system, water from the City of Avery Public Water System was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking or human consumption purposes.
